I am a Television Director, Producer and Host, Sustainable Lifestyle Educator, Documentary Filmmaker, Author and Communicator, Organic Farmer, Nature’s Friend, Disciple of Satguru Shirdi Sai
Thanks to Rev.Sister Louis Philbert, my headmistress at St.Joseph’s Matriculation School, Madurai. She taught me loving-kindness. Madam Ms. Sakunthala and madam Ms. Revathi at Fatima College, Madurai ignited the fire to be the top performer. Dr. Rajammal Devadass, my principal and mentor at Shri Avinashilingam home science college, guided me towards in-depth researching while pursuing M.Sc Food and Nutrition.
Transition from teaching to media, encouraged me to complete M.Ed, while at Doordarshan Kendra, Chennai.
Meritorious passing out of UPSC, endowed the position of programme executive. By 1995 the arena of the media opportunities outside the government widened. Being passionate about media proprietorship, resigned the gazetted programme executive post and took to freelancing in Television Media.
As a broadcasting veteran from Doordarshan, rooted in the values of India’s public broadcasting heritage, and guided by a deep understanding of government communication, I founded Aparajitha Multimedia trusted partner in documenting the nation’s sustainable development.
